Mike, Actually, the whole IPO and secondary offering are to be used for opening branch offices. They are currently opening 2 branches, Cleveland and Columbus. Their near term plans are to open a branch in Atlanta next year. They did open 1 new branch in Dallas already. You were correct about not expecting a huge run-up in price. So far they have met all earnings expectations, let's hope they continue to perform with the same results for year-end. Berle
