I hope you guys are keeping in mind that SKM is selling on the NYSE at a substantial premium to its value on the Korea Stock Exchange, calculated as follows:

KSE price = 486,000 won.
USD = 1231 won
USD price on KSE = $395.
90 ADR's = 1 share KSE
USD value of 1 ADR = $4.39
Price of ADR on NYSE = $7.88
Premium paid per ADR = $3.49
Premium/Value = 3.49/4.39 = 79%

Instructions are on the SKM Yahoo thread as to buying the KSE shares and shorting the SKM shares.
