Considering yesterdays big increase in CPQ

bigcharts.com

do you still believe 28 is a good target price, or should this be adjusted? The lower BB still seems to be near 28.

Looking at CPQ's history, the price seems to bounce between the upper BB and the moving average when the stock is in a uptrend and the moving average and the lower bb when the stock is in a downtrend. Since it appears that the moving average is now in a uptrend, would 30 be a better purchase price goal?
