I kind of doubt that an Intel Director would unlawfully trade on some inside information. Directors at intel may sell for any number of other reasons: Retirement, health, repayment of debt, back taxes, divorce, contribute to charity, give away to friends and/or relatives, or just to have a good time. Who knows? There could a million reasons. Intel is not some two bit penny stock. Mary
