Hey gang:

FWIW, those of you on AOL can get a preview of where EASTE should open each day by checking the Berlin quote on "ETB". Go to quotes in AOL, type in "ETB", select the Berlin exchange, click on "Get Quote". You'll get a quote on ETB in German Marks, adjust for the FX (I can get FX quotes from Bloomberg Online, current US$/DM is 1.7812) and you'll get the price in US$ of where EASTE is trading in Berlin. So, it looks like ETB closed at 17.40 marks in Berlin, implying a US$ price of $9.72.

At this point I have no idea which market will lead or follow but checking a Berlin quote each morning before US trading begins will give you a heads up as to where EASTE "should" open based on the Berlin number.
