Found this interesting post on general Y2K thread (post by Christine):

I had a suspicion that the success of last week's beta test of Y2K
compliance on Wall Street was affecting all Y2K stocks. Ran it past one
of my friends - a trader and broker who is an amazing source of Street
sentiment. He says....I'm right on the money.

At the moment, Wall Street is taking the success of the Securities
Industry Association test as an indicator that Y2K is no big deal. This
is interesting, since we are talking about brokerages who have been
working - for years - on getting out their own Y2K bugs. Hey - I'm
thrilled that they are having success. But this hardly means that
America and the world has no problem. Last time I looked, a lot of
people hadn't even started yet.

This Wall Street 'success' (Yardeni says it is like passing a quiz and
thinking that it means you will ace the SATs), coupled with the fact
that no Y2K company is reporting 'blowout' earnings, is souring the
Street on the entire sector.

Could be that they are right. Could be a great buying opportunity.
