Roy Del: Are you saying that MDIX backed out of the BANH deal? I would find that highly doubtful. I think it's a near certainty that either BANH could not get the financing (basically because the business was not worth, in financiers' eyes, what they had agreed to pay) or that something unpleasant was discovered in BANH's due diligence. Most likely the former, would be my guess. The staffing business just isn't worth much, since it has no earning power. Cymedix made its error in not realizing that truth, IMO. Peter
