Vohs had to keep the company viable over the last couple of years while he turned things around. The recent convertible was the result of one of those earlier financings. I haven't seen anything new lately. But he has not tried to hide the fact that he would like something in the war chest so that he can speed things up, but only after the stock price has gotten MUCH higher, read the mid teens in my opinion.
