PTB; At some point I think this will happen, and is why I keep
one eye on it. The outpreforming is one thing, but if they do it
at the expense of the big caps that is another. They must do it
with new money, not rotation or the market losses her liquid.
If it happens to any great extent that's the set up for major sell off and panic will wipe out the gains fast.
