A client contact of mine was discussing this yesterday. She also mentioned that there is a leap year glitch in early 2000. She was discussing this nightmare if anything was still working in 2000.

Anyway, has anyone discussed the Leap Year surprise here?

And has the rumored or proven fact statement that the IRS admitted it has spent ELEVEN BILLION DOLLARS trying to solve the problem and has no solution to date?

Pat Robertson said there are 20 billion untested necessary circuits that might not function. Of these 10,000,000 MUST be replaced, if they can be located.

Does the eleven billion sum sound possible? If so, we are in deep, deep, deep caca.
