Sorry I took so long to respond, only three postings/day for us lowly trial members. You got me here, I didn't realize Cymer spent so much on R&D, sloppy work. Clarification on Coherent DUV revs, that $4 million was orders, not revs. The rev number is smaller. Yes they are spending in excess of revs on R&D, this is fairly typical as you probably know in development stage companies. Good luck all, I'll keep you up on what I hear about the business.
