Last Spring the insiders were still selling and the stock was well above book value.
Far more of a bargain today.

Does that mean it will go straight up? No.

Does that mean it can't make a new low? No.

Just that the odds are better that this may be a good buying point.

We are approaching the time of year where mutual funds sell losers before their fiscal year ends (Oct.31).

After that is when a really good bounce would be likely to take place.
