The way I read it NURS sold off the first branch/div. whatever then months later made another deal to sell another branch/div. Then when BAHN didn't get financing on the second sale MDIX formerly NURS backed out for obvious reasons, but they also backed out of the first deal saying that BAHN had never completed the deal by getting the required permits/license. Maybe I've just got half the story, because I never understood why they sold more assetts to BAHN if they weren't living up to the first deal, although a non-refundable deposit would have done it for me too. Come to think about it the only thing to change is that Yeros now has BAHN's money. Which brings to mind another question why didn't BAHN squawk a little over that. Feel free to straighten me out
