Would you take the risk of being caught? If it were banned and the government wanted to crack down and go after the small gambler like you or I there is a trail from the server to your own computer and all the way to your hard drive! With all that evidence they could easily get a conviction. The first offence would only be a slap on the wrist but would you want the police coming into your home and confiscating your computer.
