Thankyou. I have been able to collect up more information. I see the company did a 504 consisting of a share plus 2 warrants in June of 1997. I presume they were successful in raising the $1,000,000. Analyzing the financial data and burn rate I would predict the company is out of money. How do they plan to maintain operations? I also see they represent themselves as a publisher. However I see no publications just the XPO. Has the company changed directions? If so are they relying solely on the XPO? I am doing my due diligence now and like to have a full deck of cards when asked to look at a company. Thanks.
