DELL looks like it can continue its move up from here before turning down. If it fails and start to drop, perhaps that time would be a good place to purchase PUTs on this stock. Better yet, watch the tape. Between this and the day end technicals of the stock, you should have enough warning of a breakdown of this stock.

As far as premium goes, keep in mind the risk. You know what makes the difference between a trader and gambler? One understands and knows how to manage the risk of their trades. Its like the difference between being risk tolerant and risk unaware. The gambler will not make it is this market.

Yes, I know. There he goes again about "risk". But I cannot stress how important this is, particularly in the current volatile market that is demontrating that it is an unhealthy market when it moves up. This can give the trader a false sense of security.

It looks like we will need to wait for the afternoon session to see if the market willmake any gains today.
