To all LTGL shareholders,

The letter I sent on July 29, 1998 was ignored.

Thus, I did not receive a fax with an attachment of a copy of the resolution ratifying the increase in the number of shares authorized.
I will be contacting one of my colleagues that specializes in US securities law in order for a legal notice to be forwarded directly to Liteglow Industries and Spencer (personally)

Patience is a virtue but there is a limit to everything!!!
