I am not trying to cover at .09 I'm on the bid there. With no news and the distinct possibility now that they may go down to the pink sheets that this is a legitimate bid. As far as NPEC , what have they got but stock in MDIN and a whole bunch of stock issued in there company. That one has already had it's turn of being a looser.
