As far as Lambda goes, they have lasers in almost all the different fields of technology. Just read their profile. They already have a large presence in the technology sector. DUV is only a small part of what they do. Let me put it this way, Lambda is kind of like Microsoft. They have a very large installed base and they are moving into all the other sectors because they can. They have also been making lasers since 1971.

Here is a cut out of thier 3rd quarter results:

"Finally, our efforts within the DUV area for semiconductor manufacturing continue to move favorably forward as we received orders for approximately $4 million of products during the quarter."
