So a business should compete like hell to reach 69% market share and then stop? Not at all. It simply means that when you do real monopoly status, you have certain restrictions on your behavior. You are still far more powerful than your competitors so the restrictions should not limit your ability to compete fairly. As for your comments about Bork, may I remind you that Microsoft also tried to hire him at what we can only surmise was probably higher pay than whatever Netscape could pony up.
