McMannis - Re: " Yoffie selling 53% of his holdings. That's very disconcerting." David Yoffie is an outside director, a Harvard Professor. He is actually one of the "newer" directors - many of Intel's directors have been on the Board since the late 60's and early 70's - and are starting to retire. Don't be disconcerted. Just be thankful you own AMD and Cyrix. Paul
