CHC Helicopter Corp - Special dividend declared CHC Helicopter Corp FLY.A Shares issued 8,386,132 1998-07-22 close $9.55 Thursday Jul 23 1998 Mr. Sylvain Allard reports The board of directors has declared a special dividend of $4.00 on each class A subordinate voting share and on each class B multiple voting share. Such dividend will be paid on Aug. 26, 1998 to shareholders of record as at the close of business on Aug. 12, 1998. CHC has outstanding 613,044 warrants. Each such warrant currently entitles the holder to purchase one class A subordinate voting share upon payment of the exercise price of $9.375. The warrants expire on Dec. 15, 2000. Holders of warrants who exercise such warrants after the record date for the special dividend shall be entitled to receive one class A subordinate voting share and, subject to any applicable withholding taxes, a cash payment of $4.00 per share (representing the special dividend) for each warrant so exercised.
