Damn nice of Stamm to want to reduce the shares authorized. Wish he would make up his mind. An article of amendment dated 9-12-97 was filed with the state of Florida for an increase to 200 million shares. This was signed: Michael E. Stamm, President. Seems a little strange that some people are holding certs that they got in march of 98 saying 100 million. Ah hell, whats a 100 million between friends?
