I agree. In addition,

I took a quick look at valuation. Something I should have done more of before I placed my long bet.

At $7/sh, the valuation is $47M

Lets assume that in the next 4q's IAIC earns $2.0M. That means that anyone would be paying 23+ times for each $ of earnings in a business that most people assume will deteriorate after that. Seems to me that even at $7/sh, it is still over priced.

With the above comment, no one can accuse me of being a shill for the longs!!

Being long I would LOVE comments to the contrary.
