1st my email and next her replies.

Hi Allysa, I spoke to you earlier on the phone in regards to some
clarification on Global Games percentage of the Dominica deal.
I'll give you a quick idea of what the investors are asking:
1: What is Glows $amount per year and who gets the rest in other words
exactly what is the break down?
2: how did they come up with 9 million/yearly?
3: what is the web site address?
4: Any progress on getting the shares back in regards to the wolfkey
deal?
5: Burnt church any closer since Gary met with Lawyer on Tuesdeday?

Sorry for all the questions, but the more info I can give to investors
on all the various threads the better it is for both of us!

Sorry for the delay on returning your e-mail.

1) GLOW will get 10% as well as Dominica. The rest is broken down into quite
a few expenses: T1 server, employees, housing , office space, phone lines,
vehicles,
etc...

2) This was the Officers projections

3) they will have the web address next week and phone numbers.

4) We have notified the Brokers that the shares are not to be traded or they
will be held liable.

5) The meeting with the Attorney went well and there is a meeting today in
Canada regarding Burnt Church so things are progressing nicely and hopefully
soon this will be rapped up.

Feel free to e-mail me with any further questions. I have quite a few e-mail
to return today, but am more than glad to answer any of your qusetions.
