spoke with waterhouse securities... "And if you happen to request the certs at the wrong moment, you'll be unable to trade your shares while the certs are in transit, which can be a bummer"... NOT TRUE...with waterhouse..you have 3 days to "SETTLE" your account...thus you can sell them & mail/deliver them back 72hrs later. Dave
