I'm a little confused on this one. Wasn't Cain (judge who stepped down) the guy who was investigating whether the DA should be dismissed? Maybe he was doing both the criminal trial and looking into the DA thing? I also heard that Mitch Igusa had produced a stained dress to the FBI.
