Greg, Hi!!! You have helped me many times ....I am glad to hit people and wake them up who allow their minds to wander and lose patience...I have such little patience for so many things on this planet...I guess I amaze myself at the patience I have for Dell...but, heck I missed opportunities very early and although I don't cry over them...I learned to have the faith in what the management has told me....probably the "bibles" keep me going since I constantly re-read them and absorb the strong opinions of the brilliant people on this thread...of course I always listen to Michael...this guy under estimates....and his Virtual Integration makes me dream positively....after reading that I can't even think negative!
