Larry, thanks for additional comments from the Conference Call. They seem to be accurate to me.

Regarding your questions, when Al was talking about the 15 design wins, he also mentioned Mylex had taken 3 customers back from AMI - HP, however, was not one of the three. My memory is that he was then asked if the 3 were included in the 15 and he said NO. He was asked about HP specifically, and his answer was included in my previous post.

One of the analysts asked him what the share holder equity was. Al indicated retained earnings were $29.6M.
