Bill, CYBG Information on Yahoo shows shares outstanding @ 8.78 mil and the float @ 8.4 mil. Insider confidence seems lacking when they don't have any shares to speak of. When insiders have large holding they want the stock to perform well but when they don't have many shares they want big paychecks and stock options to blow off in the market. The insider sales are relatively light but they don't have many shares anyway. Art
