Janice, Do you know when MTEI and ICVI came to agreement on the deal? Also, neither you nor I know the details of the agreement. Isn't MTEI contending fraud? Remember there were only 20MM supposed shares outstanding before deal. This extra 19MM almost doubles the ICVI outstanding shares at deal time. As I understand, the deal the 50MM was issues at execution. So what happens if ICVI quietly (over the course of several months) issues these 19MM extra shares and stipulates in the agreement that they only had 20MM outstanding at the time of execution. I see no red herring here. Just fraud. Eric
