Advanced Gaming Technology, Inc. Reports 200 Max(Lite)Unit Orders for the First Week of December
A 100% Increase Over the Same Period for the Previous Month; Five New Employees Hired
VANCOUVER, Dec. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Advanced Gaming Technology Inc , today announced they have received 200 unit orders for their MAX(LITE), portable, hand-held electronic bingo system in the first week of December 1996. This is a 100% increase over the same period for the previous month. This influx of orders brings the total number of MAX unit orders to 1180. There are currently 340 MAX units, of the 1180 total, scheduled for installation January `97.
The MAX Electronic Bingo Systems are now installed in 18 locations throughout the United States. Based upon the initial receptiveness by the market, the Company expects continued growth in orders, as AGTI becomes fully licensed and operational in several key states.
The Company has also announced they have hired five additional employees to help facilitate their company expansion. The new staff include 2 Technicians, 1 Engineer, a Controller and a full-time Promotions Manager.
The Controller, David R. Brittain brings 14 years of international finance, management and accounting experience. Mr. Brittain is a Chartered Accountant and spent 8 years with two major international CPA firms. More recently, David has 6 years of controllership experience with two public Companies, and will be a welcome addition to the AGTI's management team.
The Promotions Manager, Darren J. Little, has spent the past 12 years designing and implementing corporate campaigns for local and international companies. Mr. Little has been assigned with producing marketing materials and implementing a media campaign to position the MAX Electronic Bingo System as the technology leader in the market place.
Mr. Little is well versed in copywriting, brochure development, target campaigns, telemarketing, brochure design, as well as positioning new products and companies into the international market place. Mr. Little is enthusiastic about the challenges ahead and has already scheduled three major editorial features, on the MAX(LITE) Electronic Bingo System, in bingo-related magazines for 1997.
