This private was originally going to be done with another group.

This group shorted the stock and tried to get the price down so they could get more shares from AGISS for doing the private.

AGISS was made aware of this and did the private with ANOTHER group and the first group is now holding the bag on a ton of short stock.

As soon as they realized that the they were not going to get shares from the private, they had to start covering and did.

That is why we had the run from $.18 to $.50.

Word on the street is that they have a bunch more stock they need to cover and FAHN and HILL (two of AGCR's MM's) are who they are trying to cover through.

I have also heard several rumors that there are soon going to be some significant contract announcements coming with large $ figures.

The combination of the shorts still left to cover and the new buying that will take place if contracts are announced, should make AGCR run up like crazy.

As the other market makers see the shorts trying to cover and new buyers coming in, they will put the squeeze on and run the stock up.

It should be interesting.
