Could be except that ICVI put out in the first PR a per share value of the assets of $2.85 and based that on 70MM shares outstanding. This may be enough to bring in the SEC and could be the "mineral valuation" problem the SEC is investigating. Specualtion on both our parts, correct? - hey nice quotes on DJI. Eric
