Sriram, Faber also said that ASND may be buying Stratus to make itself less attractive to possible suitor LU. Stratus will create more product overlap with LU which is possibly why some are getting out. Are we seeing the speculative (takeover) money get out of ASND..now seeing the real valuation? Note that todays loss, according to Faber, is more than ASND would spend for SRA...and SRA has $11/share in cash!!! OG
