They may need to clarify the number of shares in the float after the reverse split and after all the options have been exercised by the directors. In my reading, there will be less than 2 million shares in the float even if all the options were exercised on August 8, which is not likely to be the case. (That's because in the worst case 145 million shares were issued previously, and they will become 1,450,000 after the reverse split. Add to that the 560,000 shares that may result from exercised options, and you get 2010000. Ok, so it's over by 10,000.)
