Thomas, I didn't understand this part of the WSJ article:

"One proposal is for Cendant Software, which could be sold outright or sold to the public. Hebdo Mag International, whose magazines carry only classified advertising, has received an offer from current management to buy the company."

What is Hebdo Mag and what is their relation to TLC, if any. And who is the "current management" they refer to, and what company is this "current management" offering to buy?
