John: Video over the LAN is just getting off the ground from a standards point of view (H323) and is not particularly high quality. It would be attractive because it uses an existing infrastructure that is already connected to all the business PCs with no additional investment. I think this will start as broadcast rather than conferencing applications. I'd like to hear other opinions. C-Phone (CFON) to me is a consumer play. They have a TV set top box for video over ISDN and soon for video calls over POTS telephone lines. Regards.
