I believe all of the defendants were in on deceptive act (504 rule) towards Jack Usleton and MTEI. Here you have and old time oil/gas man just trying to start this company the best way he knows how and in the background you have these crooks who know how to play a game that he has no understanding of. IT'S THAT SIMPLE. SCAM? You people crack me up, you know nothing. Period. You want to see a bunch of crap? Go to cvconcept.com and you will see it. Christensen company.
