ASND SA line competes with Yurie. ASND GRF line competes with the newly announced LU IP switch. ASND TNT competes with Livingston. They don't necessarily sell to the same set of customers; yet. But LU will target ASNDs customer base soon enough. The only question is will they use ASND products, or their own.
