I doubt they would wait until Abbott had several months worth of sales before making any agreements. Besides, they should be trying to get the product out to the market as quick as possible, given the industry they are in (i.e., health care). Plus patent life is an issue too. With the stock price the way it is, maybe they ought to strike the first decent deal that comes along. KJ
