M.M.Jones, there are no illegal shares, this is just one of Stamm's lunatic mumblings. Right now there are 200 MM plus options for 56 MM, or 256 MM shares, the reverse split will nring the number down to 2,56 MM shares, and Stamm will probably increase the autorization to 5 MM shares. Within weeks after the reverse, the stock will be under $.5 of the new shares (or $.005 of the current shares, yes half a penny worth, the paper on which these certs are printed will be worth more as wall paper than the shares themselves). Gosh, how many time do I have to say that this Stamm is taking you guys to the cleaner? Zeev
