I hope this OUCH doesn't mean you sold! I admire everyone who is still holding; shares have really declined since SEEC warned about a bad quarter. SEEC and CRYSF I believe have similar operations; each has a tool or software that can help companies resolve the year 2000 problem. Remember the market does tend to operate as a group, so I think many investors became cautious after seeing SEEC lose half of its market value. I never thought we would hit this low before the upcoming earnings report especially since we just came off of a record quarter, announced a $5 million dollar buyback, and have had two positive press releases issued just recently. For God's sakes we are working with IBM. Viasoft (also in our group)is trading the same way; it has had numerous press releases lately and still hit a 52 week low this week. CRYSF better report on Wednesday before the stock drowns.

As for a chart, you don't even want to look at it, but you can find it at the icon below my response (100 day chart).

Can someone please tell me how many shares are currently short or where I can go to find this information?

By the way, even a positive earning report won't guarantee a damn thing! If you want to see a great company that just beat the street's estimate look at COGNICASE (COGIF). It generates about 25% of its revenue from the year 2000 fix and is growing at a rapid rate (particularly its revenues from non-Y2k areas). It has traded down just slightly since reporting good numbers yesterday. It is worth taking a look at it; good companies can't be ignored forever. It has yet to attract top fund managers, but does currently have a couple of strong buy ratings.

I do however expect CRYSF to take off AFTER a good earnings report and a strong buy rating from GOLDMAN SACHS. I can't wait till next week just to see what happens. Either way (good or bad) I will not sell for a loss.

IN TILL THE END
