im not a basher of MTEI..........im a basher of macker and the rocketeers.....and reverend JimB......and anybody else who pumped this to high heaven.....so dont take my comments the wrong way..... all this talk about certs is nonsense......thats the least of your problems........the lawsuit was just filed.....that will be tied up in the courts for years.....so why waste time on that........ the issue at hand is the trading halt........and the ramifications it will have on the future of MTEI....... A company being in business for only 2-months and being halted by the sec.......that has to be some kind of record.....now how are future investors going to look at that........ask yourself this......if you were looking to invest your money in a company and found out it was halted by the sec. and has a lawsuit pending against prior management.....would you invest in it........ i feel bad for jack and the gang at MTEI......they may be honest people trying to build a solid company.......but this halt is going to taint them for a very long time...... even if this comes out in their favor.........will future investors be able to overlook this........and without investors......well you know the rest..... these are my opinions only......good luck regards Jeff
