As long as someone understands that it is just a game as to whether or not they can get in and out with a profit. There is no long-term investing to be done based on company fundamentals. Due to the low share price and obvious manipulation on a company whose phone was disconnected long ago, I think it is unethical at the least and possibly fraudulent that this company has not been de-listed completely. Once the contact information from SEC filings is no longer valid, (Disconnected numbers and returned mail) de-listing should be automatic. Just one person's opinion that the SEC and NASDAQ BB system should be ashamed to give their seal of approval and lend credibility to a company once it reaches this level. It must be a legitimate investment, because it is in the "stock market"... right? - Tech Watcher
