joe, you've got a lot of "ifs" there, but I've no argument with that scenareo. The problem is 3COM's bottom line. Last quarter was only 18&cent and this quarter the consensus has it as 21&cent. This is nothing to write home to joe about.<g> Expected for the year ended next May is $1.30. A high PER of 30 would yield a stock price of 39. I wouldn't expect COMS to hit this price until very late this year or the start of 1999. The winter's warmth looks a long way off as we sit here in COMS, taking the summer's heat. o~~~ O
