1. Unit Sales decrease 2. Profit Margins can get 40% down 3. US$ Sales on International Levels (53% Apple's Revenues) will face the effects of a strong dollar, especially in the Japanese & French market.
4. BE does not seem to want to DOOM itself in a MAC only system 5. The NASDAQ can easily see a restructuring (July like) period. Xponential 533 is still more of a lightbolb (sorry for my greenglish) than a chip. How do you think Power PC will position itself in competition and Motorola especially? 6. The stock will be stuck till March? February or even 1998 as Amelio said that things take time.

What time? Apple needs a stronger Marketing image and X-mas emphasis on cheap MAC's for the children. They have $1.3 billion in liquid/current Assets. I think they can do better than that.

With $25 a piece Apple does not even worth $4 billion mkt. Cap.
A company with dozen billions in Goodwill. Just Godwill though....
Read my analysis and tell me that:
We have seen Apple restructuring 3 times in 3 years. Like a team that changes players and coaches too quickly. Will they learn from the past or will they commit the same crime (in different aspects) again. IE fail to be in the Right Place at the right time.

PS. I think Amelio is doing the right thing in the wrong way.
