TAVA... When the Nasdaq drops 47 points and TAVA goes up 21/32 on higher than average volume... I'd say that is a change in momentum... Vanguard Capital took an 87,800 share position in TAVA. Shorts are now covering... I could wait three weeks for a momentum confirmation or I could act now... I chose to act now... Jim
