emile, I'm in a job that God wants me in. It is technology. I have to financially research these compnaies bec. I spend allot of money with them. God doesn't want me to retire even though I could easily retire and just consult 50 days a yr and work for church for free. I'm on a investor network. They do pay for our free ask God. God uses me to make large sums of money not because I concentrate on it but because He knows if He gives me money and tells me to do something with it that He can trust me. After all it is still free will. God knows that in my heart there is no lust for money so money isn't my God therefore if He gives me money then He isn't breaking the commandment: "thou shall have no other God before me" The early church gave not only their life but also it's money. They didn't hold on to their money like we do today. In fact if Nicodemis was fed a meal that had not been tithed on then he would throw it up if he found out before he digested it. That's the commentment the early church had to giving. You can actually see a christians commentment by allot of things and one of those is if they hold on to money. How christians can sit behind their 3,000 dollar pc's and 3 TV sets while their poor christian brothers stave to death and have not even the bare necessities is behond me . But, it isn't for me to judge so I don't. Didn't He say "I was in prison and you visited me" so many inmates have no one to help them. They are christians and they broke the law and maybe hey should serve their sentence. But, all the hype you hear on TV is not true. They need a minimum amount of money to even buy simple things that we don't even think twice about. I have no problem with laying down my life. I would die in a minute for Jesus not becuase of me but bec. of a gift He gave me. But, I also would not hesitate to lay down money God has given me. Money means absolutely nothing to me.... that's why God can give me so much. my heart can take the prosperity without falling away. I preached against the disneyland chritianity for over 15 years. But, God does use money on this earth as well as miricles. I don't really judge chritianity by money and I don't judge other christians by what they do with thier money... unfortunately , the reverse is not true. I'm criticized constantly for my life of giving.. I cannot control or help that. I fear God more than an person's opinion. I obey God in the giving. I don't really care what other christians think about it. emile..search the scriptures and prove to me that I shouldn't be helping other christians with money to feed the poor and build a physical church. If this is sin then I think that it should be in scripture. peace my friend
