I'm lying from across the border.

The Internet makes US laws on fair play pointless. Here I am in a Canadian office (am I REALLY in Canada?) about to tell you about a fabulous stock (this part is TRUE, I swear).

I have a position in Open Market (OMKT) and I have it on good authority that Microsoft and IBM are going to get into a bidding war for control of their Internet patents. The stock was up today (actually, probably a rebound from it's recent drop {or IS it?}), as insiders loaded up in the bad market for the imminent push.

Have I broken US laws?
If I'm in another country, what do I have to fear?
I'm only a trial member. Maybe I found an empty office and used his account to disseminate my lies whilst he is on holiday. How you going to catch me?

CAVEAT EMPTOR !!!
